Centennial Park Conservatory Wedding
Centennial Park is Toronto’s second largest park (525 acres) and is located in the former City of Etobicoke. It was created through a federal government program in the 1960’s that matched community fundraising for projects to celebrate Canada’s upcoming 100th birthday. The park opened in 1967 and was formerly part of Hiron’s Dairy farm, one of Toronto’s last working farms. Centennial Park has a ski hill, hockey arena, swimming pool complex and a track and field stadium. However, the jewel of the park is the 12,000 sq. ft. botanical conservatory.
